Not renewing contract.

  I've been with Just Energy a little over a year. Not once have I had a good customer service experience. Workers speak as if they are in a rush to get off the phone with you and don't take time to explain answers. One example is when I was renewing my contract. I spoke with an individual who was extremely hurried to get me off the phone and failed to answer most of my questions about billing/rates. Their rates are not terrible, but I won't continue to give my money to a company where workers don't feel the need to be polite when answering calls.

  AP&G talked me into continuing my contract after it expired, promising they would work to be competitive to keep my business. After the next billing, their rates were 2x greater on electricity, so I switched to another company. The next month I got a $700+ bill with them still as my supplier, even though I had switched. I called the company I switched to and was told that AP&G canceled with them and re-enrolled me...without my permission. AP&G issued a partial refund, but I won't be returning to them, as this business practice is unethical.
