  Absolutely horrible. Overseas agents sucked. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I was being unprofessional! Could not wait to cancel application and move on to another supplier.

Rate went up with NRG.

  Another Walmart bad experience with NRG in store salesman. Basically was told my rates would go down. First month, four days actually, my electric bill had a $14.63 NRG charge in addition to my normal monthly charge. It was somewhat difficult cancelling NRG. I havent gotten my latest gas bill. I dread to think what it may cost. Stay away from NRG.

  Signed up after hearing a sales pitch in a Sam's Club. Company lied to us about the rates and our bill was 2x what it should have been, but when we called to try and sort it out they just shuffled us around and no one was helpful.

We decided to cancel and go back to our old company and canceled the credit card we were paying Just Energy with so they couldn't take money from us. They've been harassing us with phone calls and e-mails since, which we've been blocking and ignoring.

Saturday they took out a line of credit in our name without permission, charging us for all the money we'd have owed them for the past few months and labeling it delinquent. We've had to call the credit company to get it removed and reported it as fraud, and we'll be contacting law enforcement as well over this.

Do not so much as even talk to their reps. Once they have your info they'll change you over without permission and as soon as they do that you're in for a nightmare trying to deal with them. This company needs to be shut down asap.
