“ This company is robbing ppl. They give u a low rate and then it bounces up astronomically. My bill this month was 469.00. I work f/t and kid has school f/t. Ridiculous, reps are not helpful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ”

It's not unlikely to have a $300 + monthly bills. Never had a $400 bill.This month was $871 !! The month before was $665 !!. Not sure what happened. I quickly opted out but was told I would have to stay with them for another 1 or 2 billing cycles.
Beware! Stay away from Provision! ”

Contract Issue
“ I was disappointed with the handling of an issue with a contract. My understanding was interpreted differently than conveyed by the representative I spoke with and now I am stuck in a contract that I did not want, unless I pay a cancellation fee. Will not recommend their service. ”
