“  i signed up one day (in error) cancelled less than 24 hours later
they cancelled the order then 10 days later reinstalled it without my permisson. Then charged me for the privelige. ”

“  I was told my electric would be back on Friday 10/11/2024. Today is Sunday 10/13/2024 and I still have no electricity with 6 kids and it freezing all my food has now gone bad. Ive emailed them 4 times and no response. No follow up call no follow up email letting me know anything. This is horrible customer service. Just unacceptable as a business. I am just sick ”
