“ THE CONTRACT TERM EXPIRED. THANK GOD I HAD A NOTE TO CHECK THE PRICE. AFTER A 30 DAY WINDOW, CLEAN SKY WAS NO A MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT AND THE PRICE MORE THAN DOUBLED. MENTAL NOTE CHECK YOUR RATES AND BILLS! ”

RIP OFF
“ My 92 year old mother bought into buying power from these people and I added up the extra money she paid over the last 18 months and it is around $2400! Their kWh rate has been at 2 or three times the cost of buying it from her local electric company. We have cancelled and they are giving her back $192 on the list bill, but we are still not happy! They preyed on my old mother. ”

The Akron office
“ Bryant Peterson, Mekhi baker, and everyone else thats been there for awhile, they lie to the customers. They point out the 11 cents on the electric bill even if they already have a supplier on the bill at a lower rate. They need to be inspected, reviewed. I used to work there. They say whatever to the customer to get in the door and see their bill. They are far from compliance. ”

Disappointment of the first degree.
“ This company's accounting and customer relation stinks. I love Baltimore and companies doing business in Baltimore, but not this company. ”

JUST Energy WATCH OUT
“ I used to have 4change Energy when I first moved to Katy, Texas and one day I went to SAM's club and they had this rep from Just energy. He got my attention by saying that they could lower the bill and that they offered me free nights. Not knowing anything about the electricity market of TX I decided to go ahead and switch providers since Just Energy was going to pay for the switching fee too from the last provider. Little did I know that when they signed me up for the contract it was at $0.286/kWh and some little charges here and there and little did I know that even though they offer Free Nights from 9pm-6pm, my average bill quickly got to the $300 despite the fact of using about 600-700 kWh during so called "FREE nights". They got me good and now that I am switching to a different provider, they charged me the fee that they reimbursed me, when I first switched to them and also they signed me up for a 3 year contract. I was a fool, but now that I know how to check the Fact Label sheet of every electricity provider, I won't make the same mistake. Please pay attention to these JUST Energy reps and don't let their too good to be true promises get you in a situation where you are paying the highest electricity rate. ”

Switched plan without consent or knowledge
“ My contract expired and they didnt feel the need to contact me in any way, no text, no email, no call. They constantly text me when my bill is available or do but never sent a renewal contract. They just switched my plan without my knowledge and started charging me 20% more than before. It is a shady business practice and only a short term gain but now has lost them a customer for life. Why practice business that way? Its unnacceptable to treat customers that way. I immediately switched to a different company and wont be back ”
